About the Role

We are seeking a Business Analyst to support the analysis, documentation, and improvement of business processes, requirements, and operational outcomes. This role is focused on working closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, translate those needs into clear and actionable requirements, and help ensure that solutions align with organizational objectives.

As a Business Analyst, you will combine structured analysis, clear documentation, and cross-functional collaboration to help drive informed business decisions and effective solution delivery. You will serve as a key link between business stakeholders and technical or delivery teams, helping turn operational needs into well-defined requirements, process improvements, and validated outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Gather business requirements from stakeholders, end users, and subject matter experts through structured analysis and discussion.
• Analyze current business processes to understand workflows, identify inefficiencies, and highlight opportunities for improvement.
• Document functional requirements, business needs, process flows, and supporting materials in a clear and organized manner.
• Work with cross-functional teams to support solution design, implementation activities, and process optimization efforts.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical or delivery teams to maintain shared understanding.
• Contribute to the development of business cases, reports, workflows, and other analytical deliverables.
• Participate in solution validation activities to confirm that outcomes meet documented requirements.
• Track project or operational progress and help manage requirement changes, risks, and dependencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the collection, analysis, and documentation of business requirements to support decision-making and delivery.
• Ensure business needs are translated into clear, accurate, and actionable functional requirements.
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities within existing business processes.
• Support alignment between stakeholders, users, and delivery teams throughout the requirements and solution lifecycle.
• Maintain high-quality documentation that supports implementation, reporting, and operational clarity.
• Help ensure proposed or delivered solutions align with intended business outcomes and organizational objectives.
• Support effective change tracking by monitoring evolving requirements, dependencies, and risks.

Requirements

• Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, or process improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to document requirements clearly, accurately, and consistently.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to coordinate with a range of stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with business process analysis, reporting, and documentation practices.
• Ability to evaluate operational outcomes and connect findings to business needs.
• Comfort supporting solution validation to confirm requirements have been met.
