UI UX Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences. The ideal candidate can translate user needs and business requirements into user-friendly interfaces while ensuring consistency, usability, and accessibility across digital products.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to identify user needs and improve experiences.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement design solutions.
• Maintain and improve design systems, UI components, and visual consistency.
• Gather user feedback and iterate on designs to enhance usability.
• Ensure designs follow accessibility standards and responsive design principles.
• Stay up to date with emerging UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and interaction design.
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user journeys, and design specifications.
• Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first design principles.
• Understanding of web technologies such as HTML and CSS is an advantage.
• Strong visual design skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design projects and problem-solving capabilities.
