Business Analyst

Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Analyst to support the analysis, documentation, and improvement of business processes, requirements, and operational outcomes. This role focuses on working closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, translate those needs into clear requirements, and help ensure that solutions align with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders, users, and subject matter experts.
• Evaluate current business processes, identify gaps or inefficiencies, and recommend practical improvements.
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, process documentation, and supporting materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support solution design, implementation, and process optimization.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical or delivery teams to ensure shared understanding.
• Support the development of business cases, reports, workflows, and other analytical deliverables.
• Assist with validating solutions to confirm they meet documented business requirements and intended outcomes.
• Monitor project or operational progress and help track requirement changes, risks, and dependencies.

Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, or process improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to document requirements clearly and accurately.
