About the Role

We are seeking a Lead Business Analyst to support the analysis, documentation, and improvement of business processes, requirements, and operational outcomes. What You'll Do

• Gather business requirements from stakeholders, users, and subject matter experts through discussions, analysis, and documentation.
• Review current business processes to understand how work is performed and where gaps, inefficiencies, or risks may exist.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, process documentation, workflows, and related supporting materials.
• Work with cross-functional teams to support solution design, implementation activities, and process improvement efforts.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical or delivery teams to maintain alignment and shared understanding.
• Contribute to the development of business cases, reports, and other analytical deliverables that support decision-making.
• Assist in validating solutions to confirm they meet documented requirements and intended business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the quality and clarity of business requirements documentation so teams can execute with confidence and consistency.
• Support the identification and recommendation of practical process improvements that enhance operational outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of requirements, workflows, analysis findings, and reporting artifacts.
• Ensure business needs are translated into requirements that are understandable, actionable, and aligned with organizational objectives.
• Act as a coordination point between business stakeholders and technical or delivery teams throughout analysis and solution activities.
• Help ensure delivered solutions are assessed against documented requirements and expected results.
• Contribute to structured change tracking by monitoring updates to requirements, risks, and dependencies over time.
• Support effective solution delivery by providing analysis, documentation, and communication throughout the project or operational lifecycle.

Requirements

• Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, or process improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to document requirements clearly, accurately, and in a structured manner.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to coordinate with a range of stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with business process analysis, reporting, and documentation practices.
• Ability to evaluate current-state processes and identify gaps or inefficiencies.
• Ability to support solution validation against documented business requirements and intended outcomes.
