Financial Analyst

About the Role

The Financial Analyst is responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, supporting budgeting and forecasting activities, and providing insights that help management make informed business decisions.

In this role, you will work with financial information to evaluate performance, identify trends and variances, and support reporting cycles. You will contribute to the accuracy and consistency of financial data while helping the business monitor revenue, expenses, and other key financial indicators.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the analysis of financial performance, trends, and variances to support business planning.
• Deliver accurate financial reports, budgets, and forecasts in a timely manner.
• Maintain visibility into revenue, expenses, and key financial indicators.
• Support management with clear financial insights and practical recommendations.
• Contribute to monthly and annual financial reporting requirements.
• Identify financial risks, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Help ensure the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of financial data used for reporting and analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Good knowledge of Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience in finance, banking, or financial analysis would be an advantage.
